TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions for Membership:
Transferability : In exceptional cases when a member cannot avail the services anymore, balance duration of the membership will be transferred to another individual (18+) at discretion of Game Theory Management, and a transfer fee will be applicable. Past usage is non-transferable.
Conduct : All Members must follow the Members Code Of Conduct instructions and maintain sportsmanship.
Damages : Any damage to property caused by negligence will be chargeable.
Maintenance : If a center is temporarily closed for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, access to alternative nearby Game Theory centers will be provided, where available.
Extensions : Members are required to select their preferred facility and sport. If your selected facility and sport are unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, membership validity will be extended by the equivalent number of days. Extensions are only granted for disruptions to your selected facility and sport.
Relocation : If a specific sport becomes unavailable in your usual cluster, you can join us at the next closest location.
Coaching : Our Coaching classes are subject to coach availability. We will try our best to arrange for an alternative coach, but if not, we would recommend you to join membership games for that period.
Equipment : We ask that you play with the equipment provided by the facility. We always try our best to provide the best quality shuttles and balls, but if you feel they are not appropriate, a purchase option is available at the center. Racquet and Shoes can be rented at the facility.
Refunds : Memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Membership prices are subject to change; any such changes do not constitute valid grounds for refunds or extensions.
